Balance

Hey all! I am new to the forum, as well as to MFP, but I was just wondering how do you balance running and lifting?

Right now I am running 3.5+ miles on Mondays and Wednesdays, with intense hour-long (body-weight) calisthenics and weights on Tuesdays and Thursdays, then Yoga on Friday.

I would love to hear about how yall work everything in so maybe I can incorporate it into my workout!
