I am 47. Here's my stats

HW: 157
CW: 148
GW: 140

I CANNOT get this weight off. I gain and lose the same few pounds. Wish I knew what I was doing wrong

I've now bought a Bodymedia fit which I hope will help.

    5'7" and age 57. Have gained and lost the same 20pounds over and over again. On day 15 and I am feeling strong and motivated. Today anyways. Hope it will continue for I fear as I get older it will become more and more difficult to drop the weight.

    Have you lost anything? I'm really struggling bleeping to calories and exercising but nothing's coming of. Just got a BodymediaFit to see if that works.
