Good morning D-H weight managers! I'm glad to have you all in our group this year. Please remember to stop by one of our meetings today (7:40 AM, 2:30 PM or 3:40 PM). I will hand out the challenge information along with your journals for the first 4 weeks of the challenge.
We will be focusing on NUTRITION the first 4 weeks because if you don't change your eating habits, you won't improve on your weight loss goals. We are working on building lifestyle habits rather than on just losing pounds in 12 weeks. Anybody can lose pounds, but the challenge is keeping it off. I hope that the challenges that I have set for you stay with you in the long run and that you notice a healthy change in yourself.
Please keep each other motivated by posting encouraging notes each week. Remember that notes of encouragement give you extra points each week. Looking forward to reading your posts.
