This weeks challenge 1/14 through 1/20

This weeks challenge is planks!! Two planks a day for 1 minute. I plan on doing one in the morning before I start my day and then the other before I go to bed! Or if you want to show off, do the 2 minutes at one time...LOL!! Don't forget our challenges are not intended to change up your normal workout routine, this is in addition to your normal routine.
