What to eat on UBC!

UBC nutrition program is very simple! 6 meals a day! A good carb (not a white carb) and a good protien at every meal. Eat veggies at at least 2 of your meals. If you are choosing to limit your carbs you need to replace your carbs with vegies to count it as a meal. Eat breakfast within 30 minutes of waking! Drink lots of water! Eat on the clock for the first couple of weeks at least. Don't count calories!! You need to eat on this program not starve!! Eat every 2.5-3 hours. Eat enough at a meal so that you are ready to eat in 2.5 hrs. Not starved and not satisfied... just starting to feel a lttle hungry. If you become my fitness pall friend you can see my meals and I can see yours. If you want big results in the next 10 weeks you need to really focus on eating and eating well. Leanne
