Pumpkin Pancakes into muffins?

Hello all
Today I made the apple streusel muffins from practical paleo.. I really enjoy the pumpkin pancake recipe from that book and was wondering if anyone has ever tried using that pumpkin recipe and making it into muffins? It would be so convenient and easy!
I'd like to hear what everyone thinks, and how long do you think they would take to back in oven? I'm not the best baker, so if you think this would not work, I'll save myself the time lol

I personally don't use maple syrup in the recipe , but use a mashed up banana instead to sweeten it up...0 -
