I was just wondering if anyone has tips on how to complete rock-star squats (I think that's what JM called them)? I can't seem to roll to a standing position without the use of my arms.

The first time that I did the program, I couldn't get back up without using my hands! The last 2 times I have been able to. I think I'm a bit stronger, and learned that when you roll back up, roll as fast as you can and reach forward with your arms at the same time. Good luck! Those are hard.0
