Phase 3 baby!

I start phase 3 this week. I just looked at the workouts today. They look tough! THey are definitely more circuit training rather than weight training. She has you doing all kinds of stuff. I am excited to give it a go. ALso, I weighed in today after not doing so for 2 weeks. I had lost 3 pounds as well as losing inches all over. Feeling really good today other than the miserable head cold I have.
