Do I need weights for this?

I have just ordered my copy of this, just wondering if I will need to get some handweights for this, or is the resitance band that comes with the pack goign to be enough? Want to make sure I am all ready to get started next week!

    You definitely need dumbbells. I started with 3, 5, 8 and 10 lb then eventually added 15s and 20s.

    I started with 3,5 and 8s as well. resistance band comes with the package.

    How do you know what (approx) sized weights you will need for each exercise in the workout? I have done workouts 1&2 so far with 3, 5 & 10lb as I am used to weights but just guessed at the sizes. I can add more if necessary or use sizes in between as I have most sizes at home up to heavy.

    I have 3,5,8 and the resistance band. Jillian ususally says what weight to go with either by saying the number or light (3), medium (5) or heavy (8). And of course, if you can do more, DO MORE!
