I'll just copy what I said on another board when someone asked this question (adding some new ideas too).
string cheese or cheese cubes
celery with ranch or full fat sour cream dip
almonds or peanuts or pecans (these are high calorie so make sure to measure out the serving size exactly)
full fat ricotta cheese
spoonful of peanut butter
sugar free Jello
a low carb yogurt like Kroger's CARBmaster or Dannon Light & Fit Carb & Sugar Control (these brands have 3 net carbs)
I've also just added some flax seed and Splenda to unsweetened almond/coconut/soy milk (whichever you prefer, just so it's unsweetened) before and ate it like you would a cereal.
I'll usually have one or two of the above and then I pair it with hot tea with splenda or diet soda.
