Hola All,
I have been trying to eat more for a few months now. I am a graduate student who lives a little less than one 1/2 mile from campus so I walk a lot. In addition, I do 4 days of cardio (30-45 minutes) and 2 days of strength training (30-60 minutes). I currently eat 2000 calories per day and am trying to figure out the "sweet spot" so to speak. I would love some friends who also eat more to weigh less to serve as motivation for my own journey. Thanks so much--take care! :flowerforyou:
