30 DS, question for anyone that has had to take a day off

Okay, so today would be day 5 but thanks to a really screwy work schedule I can't do 30 DS before work today and I have no clue what time I will get out tonight, so I don't know if I will b able to do it then or not. My question to you is, if you have had to take a day off from it...next day when I do it is it going to be like starting all over again as far as how difficult. Just curious as to what to expect. Thank you to anybody that can answer this.

I've been doing it every other day, and it's still getting easier.0

JM actually recommends doing it only 4 days a week with 3 rest days mixed in. So I just try to do it every other day or at least during the week and then take the weekend off. I find that it is getting easier as well.0

I know the challenge was to start almost a week ago, but I also do Zumba, spinning, walking, etc. during the week at the gym, so I don't think I'll be doing the 30DS everyday. My plan is to do it at home in the mornings, and get to my gym classes in the evening. I think that a rest day in between would be a good thing, especially for beginners like me.0

If you have a skip a day just get back at and you will be fine...i am on day 5 as well it does get a lil bit easier everyday...0

I missed yesterday as well & I continued doing it today. I did it for the past 6 days in a row. The first 2 days my lower body was killing me but I pushed through it and I don't have a hitch now. Everything is also getting a lot easier. I try to get 30DS in everyday for my minimum workout per day.0

I missed Sunday and will probably miss tomorrow. I have a guest at my house and they may not love the idea of my 4:00 am workouts. For all the exercise programs I have done they actually recommend alternating days of rest. I want to be realistic. I know with schedules that I can not except to keep up a 7 day work out schedule so I am not starting off that way. As long as I don't give myself a pass to NOT do it all together I am happy. My goal is 5 days a week.0

I alternate each day with jogging. I like my jogging but find it hard to get a decent jog in after the video...it gets easier...just keep at it, don't get frustrated if you have to miss a day.0

I've been throwing rest days in there and im just on day 8. Its ok to take a rest day-actually your body NEEDS it.0
