Ok, You eat a lot of processed food. That to me means sodium and I never lose when my sodium is high no matter how much I cardio, I really don't know.
I do know that your sodium intake is way to high for health or weight loss.
Eat whole eat well and play with weights0 -
As you lose weight make sure you are recalculating your cut, and obviously your not overestimating your exercise calories.. With it being the holidays the weight (plus water) can really get people afterwards. Have you been recalculating your calories?0

if i re calculate my calories my tdee 2238
-15% =1903
so my calories would go up..... should i eat at new tdee with deficit or decrease my calories ? what would benefit me more?
also i have been eating these types of foods for the past year i know that i do have anxiety issues so i am going tomorrow to get my medicine changed so hopefully less stress anxiety = weight loss?!0 -

Cortisol can be a deterent to weight loss. My stress levels at work and home are always at play. Yes, less stress will aid in weight loss if you are eating at a deficit. Remember eating at a deficit is a stressor just like heavy lifting is a stressor. Complete rest is a good thing to work into your week.0 -
