I am working out at least 4 days a week and eating within my calories and yet I find that I am not losing my weight as I think I should? I was told that because my exercises are done under some restraints until my body is comfortable with that it will continue to go into reserve..Is this true?

I am not an expert but I have always heard that a healty weight loss is between 1-2 pounds a week. If you are losing " that " , you are fine. Your expectations may be too high for such a short space of time. This is why I do not like the constant weighing. I know that it works for you...it's a motivation when you lose, but what about when you don't or not fast enough like now. I say " stay the course "....the results are there but not your expectations. It is not where you start, but where you end up & that's " FINE AS WINE ". LOL0
