My daughter is getting married!!! HELP

My daughter is getting married August 31 and I have to lose weight! I am one of the worst motivated people that I know, and constantly make excuses for not exercising and dieting. I need someone to be accountable to! HELP!!! I weigh between 158-160 right now. I have been eating everything in sight! Emotional, bored, binge, cravings - I eat whenever and wherever. My goal is to lose 25 - 30 lbs, and not have my arms flap in the wind like a flag! Shoulder problems and tennis elbow are preventing me from doing any exercise right now- so I don't know what to do!

    You have to find it within yourself to change your eating habits first...it starts with eating then add a little exercise and increase it slowly. If you really want to lose weight, you can. You just have to find the right mindset. Good luck!
