I am new to this group and still can't wrap my head around how many calories I should be eating. Any pearls of wisdom is greatly appreciated.

Weight: 190
Exercise: 5 days per week. 40-60 mins. Cardio, Strength Training

OK. so based on Scooby's info. I should be eating 1813 calories per day. How do calories from exercise play into this number?
Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) - 1462
Daily calories to maintain weight (TDEE) - 2267
Daily calories to lose weight - 18130 -

Exercise calories is part of the 2267, because you selected an activity level that includes yours.0 -
When you are eating this way you don't eat back exercise calories because if you selected your appropriate exercise level it should be accurate for what you need.
If you have an unusually high burn day that you don't normally have, you only eat additional calories if your burn takes you below your BMR. Otherwise, just stick to eating the numbers that scooby site tells you to.0 -
