How's everyone doing on getting started with your goals?
I have to admit one of my goals is to increase my water intake and today hasn't been a good day...still working on cup #1. :ohwell:
But I do plan on chugging a second cup before I leave today!
I ran across this last night and couldn't wait to share. Enjoy! (I will also post these on DHTV every week)
10 COMMANDMENTS OF HEALTH
1. MAKE IT A LIFESTYLE - this is not a diet, not a short term fix; it's a way of life.
2. GET ORGANIZED - structure your eating & you'll structure your life.
3. EAT SMALL - portion control is crucial for losing weight.
