I started the programme on 6th Jan and have gone out every other day since, so I'm due to complete W2D3 tomorrow. I feel I'm working through the programme too quickly. Is it better to limit myself to 3 x per week or, as I've been doing, is every other day acceptable? I've just downloaded W3 and I'm worried I'll fail to complete the 3 min run. Not sure if I'm ready. Would it be better to repeat W2, or go for it? Advice from more experienced C25K participants welcome.

How are you feeling after week 2? Is the run comfortable or a stretch? There's no shame in adding an extra day or week if needed. You can also always start the week 3 and if you need to switch to walking during a run, that's a-okay too.0

I was doing mine three times a week but I think that was too much cause I now have a leg injury into week three.
Listen to your body, if you feel comfortable as you are then keep at it.0 -
Thanks for the support. I actually feel very good about my efforts and I'm very motivated, so much so even running in the snow. The running itself is fine it's just I run out of puff as I haven't quite mastered the breathing technique yet. I suppose the programme is designed to push you, so I'll go for W3D1 on Fri and see how I go. As you write, I can always do the brisk walk instead of the run if I find I struggle. Thanx.0

I completed C25k towards the end of last year and I got some great advice and support from friends here. My advice if you're not sure if you can do the next week is to give it a try anyway rather than repeating the week you've just finished successfully. You'll probably surprise yourself and do it (I surprised myself all the way through the programme), if you find you can't do it then keep trying that week until you can get through it but don't go back and repeat a week you've already done.0

Thanks for the advice, very helpful.0
