Perhaps we could set up weekly goals. Individual ones of course as everyone's schedule and demands and physical capabilities are different. For example, I want to work out at least 3 x this week. Then I can post on Sunday whether or not I have accomplished that. We could post workout goals, weight loss goals, something to keep everyone striving for something weekly.
What are everyone's thoughts?

Well I had told myself I wanted to workout 3 times this week but I just completed workout #3 and it is only Wednesday - so now I am aiming for 50
