NROLFW Diet

Do you guys follow the diet plan outlined in the book, or do you still eat the calories MFP gives you? I'm at 1650 calories now (more on days when I exercise) and I've been losing weight steadily. Should I keep doing what I'm doing now, or switch to the diet the author recommends?

I don't follow the book's diet at all. I don't really go by MFP's recommendation either, I used some TDEE calculator. I can't remember which one unfortunately but if you do some googling there's all kinds of them out there!

I eat more than the book recommends because it was not enough for me. If the book is recommending more than 1650 calories a day for you, you should eat what the book says. You will need to eat more with this program!

I started out eating by the 300 cal deficit the book outlined and lost weight easily. I would suggest you try going by the book or using a TDEE calculator (http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator/) and see how it goes for a month or two.

I don't use the book's diet plan, I use MFP. Make sure all of your settings are correct and log your workouts using the Exercise tab.

I am starting in February and the books calculation is the same as Insanity, which I'm finishing, and In Place of a Road Map which I was also following.

    Here's a great website to use - http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator/
