Good Morning all! Have one meal and snack under my belt. I have to get into a bathing suit in 5 weeks and getting kinda desperate. I have to make the six week plan a five 1/2 week plan. Wondering which week I should skip. Started with week one today. Book is easy to read and makes sense. Looking forward to this experience with the group. Off to the store now to get some supplies. :flowerforyou:

    I'm in the same boat. I have a beach vacation in 5 weeks and I just started the diet on Saturday. I figure I will just follow the schedule in the book and I'll just miss some of the last detox week.

    Lets get it done Amay. I have another small roadblock I work the night shift. I have my meal #4 and 2 snacks packed. So far so good.:wink:
  • Good luck ladies! I don't have to put on a bathing suit until April! You might up the workouts to add to the weight loss since you only have 5 weeks. That will help.
