I've had a lot of trouble with C25K. But today, after three weeks off, and after buying proper running shoes, I was FINALLY able to finish W5D1. I covered 2.2 miles in 34 minutes, and I'm very, very proud of me.

And really wishing I'd bought running shoes back in September.

Well done you  I'm due to start W3D1 tomorrow. After reading your post, I was inspired to go out and buy myself some new runners today.
