Anyone else have MFAP with Kaiser?

Hi, My husband are trying to have Bariatric surgery done and we have been accepted for assistance with MFAP but we don't know if they will cover our co-pay for bariatric surgery. Is there anyone out there who has this program with kaiser and have already had surgery? I'm in need of some advice on how this program works. How did it work for you?
