Dumbbell demolition ....

I would love to keep my streak going but I am just not sure I can do this workout. I have a herniated disk in my back and last time I tried this workout I was out of commission for 3 days. I will try my best with some modifications and let you guys know how it went. Good Luck everyone and remember "results don't start until you do"! We can and will do this together. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

    I completed challenge 11, I did 3 sets of the intermediate and a 1 min and 30 sec plank. Tomorrow is spin

    I fell of the exercise wagon Day 11 and 12. I plan to do both tomorrow. Saturday is also Zumba. I wonder if he is sending out a video? I did keep up with my 1200 calorie diet just no exercise the last 2 days. :(
