Calories burned?

I am not sure how to input our boot camp workouts on our exercise log. Is it the same as the calisthenics on the list?

  • Hey Claudia! There are several bootcamp options on MyFitnessPal. Of course the best way to log it is by wearing a heart rate monitor, but depending on how much work you're putting in, the average amount of calories burned is somewhere between 600-1,000 per session. I always super low ball my estimate - I don't want to allow myself to think I am free to pig out. :)
