A word on personal information

Ladies,
Please remember that this is a public group and is therefore accessible by anyone in the internet (not just mfp). I've just gone through a thread and edited it to delete email addresses. It is advisable that any personal contact information be communicated via personal message. While the majority of people you come in contact are completely normal, you don't know which one isn't going to be the person they put out there as being and it's best to keep your online activity and personal information held close to the chest. If you have personal information published on this board that you would like removed please PM me and let me know which thread and which page so that I can easily do that for you.

I was wondering if someone could PM me so I can have the spreadsheet? I am trying to create the workouts in Fitocracy and it's frustrating. I also don't want to have to bring the book to the gym! haha
