Breakfast fast

I have a good idea for breakfast. I don't have time in the morning and I work early. The night before, I cook 3 egg whites, and put it in the fridge. Then I get an English muffin, and a piece of weight watchers cheese. I have it all ready, in the fridge. I just heat it up in the morning. Saves money, and is better for you!

    That's a good one.

    I am always scurrying to get to work on time myself. I have one that I started making this week that is delicious and QUICK.

    Take a frozen buckwheat waffle, and pop it in the toaster. (I thaw mine while I am in the shower, I like 'em crispy)
    When done, put on a plate, add 2T of PB and 1T of raisins.
    Fold in half.

    About 350 calories.
