Getting Started

The Galveston's Biggest Loser Challenge officially started, saturday, January 12, 2013. I am very excited to get my fitness transformation going, and look forward to building a support group of all the Wet & Well team members. I now log my food intake, exercise 5 days a week at least 30 minutes or more, and I can already feel a difference in the way my clothes fit. Good luck everyone, and remember to utilize every tool available to you for your success in becoming a healthier YOU!
