Needing a boost. Starting over again tomorrow with cycle 1

    I am going to try this also. I need to get my ducks in a row today, food wise, and will start tomorrow. I am so close to completely giving up.......but will give it one last shot. Have you done 17 dd before? What are your thoughts about it? Thanks and good luck, Dyanna

    I did 17 day diet back in September, I lost around 12 pounds. I gained a few pounds back over Thanksgiving and Christmas. I started back on 17 DD on Monday, January 14. I'm on cycle 1, day 5. So far... I have lost 4.1 pounds. I like the diet and it is fairly easy to follow. I'm not a huge red meat eater, but I do miss bread. I like chicken and fish so there's a little variety. I'm right there with ya'll even though I'm a few days ahead on the start date. I gotta get this weight off. Good luck Dyanna & Mycrazy8s. ---Terri

    I did cycle one back in August and lost 11 pounds the first cycle. I went through all 4 cycles and then modified it a bit....that might be my problem! I work out a lot but have gained 3 pounds over the last 2 weeks. I know some of it is muscle but I think some of it is water weight too. I really liked the 17 day diet and its results. Hoping for similar results this time around.

    I started this morning. The lemon water was one of the things I had hated the first time around and dropped from my current intake but when I had it this morning it wasn't bad. I think I will be adding that back in to my every day routine.
