Hi. I understand that I am about 2 weeks late but was wondering if I can join in to your group? I have NMTZ, BFBM, 30 DS, and Ripped in 30 dvd's.........

My starting weight as of today is 142lbs

Chest: 35.5
Arms: 10.5"
Waist (smalest part): 30"
Waist (around belly button): 34"
Hips: 40.5"
Thighs: 22.5"

I can update my measurements on January 29th!

    Of course you can join :-)

    The next measure is on 3rd February (sorry I need to correct the front page) - so if you just watch out for the post on the 3rd Feb where we will all post our measures and you can pop yours on and join from then on!!! Hope this is okay?

    I am currently out of action at the moment with a back injury so I havent actually exercised properly for about 2 weeks, but fingers crossed I should be starting with some light exercise tomorrow :-)
