Editing Your Carb and Other Diet Settings

So I'm sure some of you guys have noticed the carb allowance on the standard settings are kind of - no, totally - out of control. No one needs 250-300 grams of carbs a day!

Fear not, there is totally a way to change that! Follow these easy instructions to modify your carbs, and anything else that makes sense for your dietary needs, like cholesterol, etc.

Click on the "My Home" tab and select "Goals" on the blue bar immediately underneath.

Click "Change Goals" and select "Custom" then click "Continue".

This will take you to a screen where you can modify various intake values.
