Good Running Technique

I'm very new to running and not in good shape, but I've decided to do something about that. My lower back always seems to be sore the following day, even when I focus on keeping abs engaged and having good posture. Anyone have tips on running techniques?

I would recommend doing some strength training on your rest days inbetween running days. I also do pilates as that helps a lot with strengthening core muscles.0
