Just ended my second week of c25k. I don't think I have been stretching as much as i should and I have slight case of the A.D.Ds so I get bored pretty easy. I find stretching especially boring when i am done with my work out.
Do you stretch before or after or both?
What kind of stretches do you do?
Do you have to stretch as much now as when you started running?

I don't stretch but I do a longer warm-up (10 minutes) and cool down (25-35 minutes). In the cool down, I vary the speed and incline of the treadmill, then slowly ramp it down to a slow speed by the end. When I finish, I'm not breathing heavy or sweating.0
