exercise challenge: try weight training, if you are already weight training try a higher weight or a new exercise with your weights
non exercise challenge: only step on the scale once this week. Weighing your self on your weigh-in day is allowed but otherwise stay off the scale. (I need this one. I have been obsessed this week with the scale so I really need this one)

So I usually do the 30 Day Shred with 3 pound weights. I upped that to 5's. OMG!!!!!
I had to move my scale so that I don't see it every time I go into the bathroom so that I am not tempted.

Sorry, i have been sick this week so i haven't been able to exercise with weights well at all. I don't really have a problem with weighing in frequently. I totally would have a problem with it but i purposefully don't own a scale. I weigh in once a week at work.
Anyways i wanted to check in though. :-)0 -
too busy to worry about the scale today. I used my 5's on the 30 Day Shred but I am beat today so that will be it for today0

final day of the challenge. I weighed in today but it was the first time I was on the scale all week. I did my kettlebell workout with 10 pounds instead of 5.0
