Where do I go from here?

Hi everyone

I'm 27 female
5'9 height
Current weight 180
Goal weight 152

Exercise 3 times a week...just walking & yoga

I have lost 32 pounds on a 1,200 cal diet but take breaks in between because I find 1,200 tough going.
Im a vegetarian.
Been reading the posts here and going to up my cals...
Harris Benedict forumal says current BMR is 1635 calories
Then it has a table and says at sedentary level is 1817 calories

So any help from here would be really appreciated
