I'm doing chalean extreme/turbofire hybrid. Does anyone know how to log a HITT workout? I logged it as kickboxing but i feel like those workouts are more intense than the regular kickboxing workouts! Thanks!

    Your best bet would be use a heart rate monitor, bodymedia, or bodybugg.

    Apparently HRMs aren't accurate for HIIT either.

    If it helps with your ball park figures, I'm 5'6" and 137lbs. My HRM says I burn around 350cals during Fire 30, 550 during Fire 55 EZ and 175 during HIIT 15.

    Even with my HRM HIIT doesn't "appear" to burn as many calories, however, you are working harder/different. It can't be reflected in the short amount of time it takes to do HIIT because you actually burn more all day....afterwards...at least this is what I can gather from what I have read.
