Hey everyone!!! I took my numbers this morning and am now fixin to go workout here is where I am at:

After completing the first 10 days of the program

Weight 102 to 100.8
Waist 30.3 to 27.8= -2.5
Hips 34.5 to 32.8=-1.75,
thigh 18 to 17.5 =-.5
Arms 9 to 9.9=+.9inches.

Total inches lost so far= 4.75 and gained .9 (but in the arms which is ok by me...so far)

I am a believer...now on to the next 10. :)

    I just restarted with Day 1, Level 1 today - had been sick for over a week.

    hey pplf2001. I'm just starting again too. Pulled my calf muscle the first time I did the routine! Wanna be my buddy and we can motivate each other?
