I asked someone what to enter in for my excercise for today and I was told to use interval training. I have searched the list and can not find that or anything else that sounds like it would be appropriate. Does anyone have any ideas.

I wasnt able to make it today so Im not sure of everything that you did but usually for interval training I put calisthenics. I could be wrong though so Im interested in hearing the HAWC experts advice on this as well.0
