Even though we are competing, lets support each other. No matter my end scores, I feel I will win by getting in shape and feeling better.
I asked someone what to enter in for my excercise for today and I was told to use interval training. I have searched the list and can not find that or anything else that sounds like it would be appropriate. Does anyone have any ideas.

Getting the refrigerator and cabinets cleared out of junk, making plans, cant wait to do my bod pod (although I fear the results) and get going, although I have started exercising to get in habit, and relieve stress.
