Okay I know I post a lot, but Im pretty new to this way of eating and reading on Robb Wolfs, Marks Daily Apple and other forums end up confusing me, so I tend to find this the best place for advice
Ive just read: http://www.marksdailyapple.com/definitive-guide-to-the-primal-eating-plan/#axzz2IRSOmDID and from what I calculated my macros should be something along the lines of: 60g cabs, 107g fat and 100g protein.
My stats are: 180 pounds, 5'7 and work out around 3-4 times a week weight training.
My goal is to loose weight, whilst maintaining any muscle I can. So are my macros on point or am I way off?

That puts your carbs at 15%, so it looks good to me. Be flexible on the fat and protein, though.0

They look great to me! I am not weigh lately but have lost a couple pants sizes in the past month. I have my calories set about 1400. I keep carbs at 5%, or under 20. Protien at about 85 grams fat close to 100.grams.itis working for ME! For me keeping carbs low is huge!0
