    Sunday: 10.33 miles outside (balmy 25 degrees Fahrenheit) at a 10:22 pace
    Monday: rest, watch inauguration, complete 6 loads of laundry and stare menacingly at the remaining 10 loads of laundry, clean out my daughter’s closet.
    Tuesday: 45 minutes of free weights, while being watched by no less than 16 guys. Where are all the ladies? I guess not lifting free weights.
    Wednesday: 5.19 miles of hills at a 10:29 pace outside
    Thursday: 5.01 miles recovery at a 11:07 pace outside in balmy 25 degrees Fahrenheit again.

  • @ Stealth it was great. I PR"D. Shaved 6 minutes off my previous 10k race back in september. So even when I dont feel like I am getting faster it is happening. You had a great week too. I need to add hill repeats into these upcoming weeks. I start speed training next saturday
