Hi, I started Si6 a in 2013 and I am looking for more motivated people to chat to about the programme.
As of tonight I'm on Day 10 of Ramp It Up and I'm looking forward to moving up to the final level.
I seem to be getting results, I feel a lot stronger, but does anyone else find Debbie really annoying? I hate how smiley and sickly sweet she is all the time, makes me long for my Jillian Michaels DVDs ):
It's so boring doing the same workout 6 days a week for a fortnight, I really hope level three is a serious challenge so I'm not bored for THREE WEEKS!
I don't mean to sound negative, the programme really works, I'm just feeling a real lack of motivation other than my stubborn desire to finish what I started.

I dont mind Debbie, But I will say Amber bugs me in burn it up! lol The program does work I have seen results but I will agree the same thing daily is rough! I am on week 5 but I may go 7 8 ish to make up for this past week when my kids were sick and I didnt get all 6 days in.
But a few of us are starting ChaLEAN Extreme mid Feb if you wanna join us let me know!0
