No rest for me today! Today is my regular day with my trainer plus I did Combat 60 to finish workout #2 for week 3. Loved this one! Its the first one I have done without previewing it first and I think that so far it is my favorite. Its going to be tough getting it in on weekday mornings but I guess if I really like it maybe it will make that 4:30 am alarm a little easier to get up for!!
So far I am negative 415 calories for the day...after breakfast. Guess I need to work on that...as soon as I get a shower! All the exercise has really helped with TOM symptoms this month. Much better.

I didn't have a rest day on Sunday either, and also did Combat 60. LOVE! Makes me feel like a MMA Fighter sometimes. :laugh:0

I rested yesterday - well only because I went into the office and worked way longer than I planned. But came in late today because it's a holiday so was able to get Combat 60 Live in this AM. Hope to leave here early enough that I can do treadmill intervals tonight.0
