I know its cold outside right now so walking might be difficult for some people, i know it is for me. However if u have a tread mill use that, but for those who don't just walking around your house will help. if you have a 2 story house walking up and down the steps a few times helps too. If you go outside and walk, walk with a friend or family member, even a pet will help motivate you. i have 3 pitbulls to walk and cant walk them all at once so i walk around my neighborhood 3 times, eack time taking a different route if possible.. keep up the good work everyone!! :happy:
