OMG!! I did it. I was freaking out about the 3 min run, but since I am not too concerned with time or speed (YET), I just paced myself and did it!!

I do not post a lot, but I do come on here and read a lot and get motivation from others who are at the same point as me.

Wooooooo hooooooooo!!!!!! Bet you are so proud of yourself now? Amazingly well done :)

I'm doing W3D1 tomorrow (did C25K last year but have had a break from running due to ill health so have restarted to get me back into it).

It's amazing how once you hit week three you really start to get a bit addicted to running - I can't wait to get out tomorrow and do my run.

Totally agree. I don't dread having to run...I do actually look forward to it. :)

I did W3D1 yesterday too, and it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it'd be! The track I've been using is a trail around a park though..and it has some hills, so those were kind of rough (especially the last minute of the last 3 min run) but I made it! I'm actually looking forward to tomorrow's run!

I haven't managed to do W3D1 today as the snow came down last night and I only managed to make it to the supermarket in my hiking boots. Sadly running will have to wait.
