and you can watch bits and pieces of Hard Body on you tube. It looks really hard and JM takes her no nonsense attitude to a whole new level.:bigsmile: I am a beginner so I will prefer to to JM other dvd's and work my way up to Hard Body. Jillian really works you!

You can view bits and pieces of these on you tube as well. Some don't look like beginner's though. JM uses contestants from Biggest Looser for these workouts. I may try these.
