Woo! Back on the bandwagon. I had a procedure done on my arms on Thursday last week and wasn't allowed to do anything that would cause friction and upset the wound. So...Thurs. Fri. Sat. Sun...finally back onto it today! For me this was Day 6 Level 1.
the one thing I am still mega struggling with is pushups in the first set. My cardio has lifted, the abs section is better. Even the rest of the strength is alright compared to the beginning. But my push ups are awful.

Mine too lol, I was just doing them against the edge of the sofa rather than flat on the ground, I find that easier0
