Monday-Back on track!

I took Fri, Sat and Sun off from Jillian. But made sure to get in lots of walks with friends and a show-shoveling session that lasted 85 minutes yesterday. I can tell my cardio has totally improved from Jillian, because I was pushing the heavy wet snow around with little effort. Definitely a highlight for me! (so easily impressed).
Tonight is back to Day 11 of Shred Level 2!! :drinker:

Just curious if you are counting your days off in your total days? For example, I should be doing Day 2 of level 2 today, but instead I'm still on Day 9 of level 1 because of rest days (friggin knee, this workout is making me feel gimpy )
I think that my 30 day shred is going to be more like a 40 or 45 day shred.:laugh:0
