Our challenge this week is jump roping!!! If you don't have one, you can get one really cheap at Wal-Mart!! Jump roping for 10 minutes is equivalent to running one mile!! The challenge is to jump rope for 10 minutes a day. You can do the entire 10 minutes at one time or break them into increments, just do it!! If you don't want to buy a jump rope, jump roping in place is effective also.
