Hi Everyone,
So I was recently diagnosed with a bunch of food intolerances including gluten, dairy, soy, white potatoes, and several more. I was talking to a friend about it and she suggested that it might be best for me to look into the Paleo Lifestyle. I Googled it and there are a million websites. Does anyone have favorites they suggest that I can narrow this thing down. I need to learn about it starting with the basics. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Amy

Actually suggest you start with a book so that you can digest the full basic understand.
My number one suggestion to you: http://primalblueprint.com/products/The-Primal-Blueprint:-Updated-and-Expanded-(Paperback-Edition).html0 -
I really liked the book "It Starts with Food" written by the folks at whole9life.com.

They have apretty active forum on their site as well.
The book has explanations and details without the "caveman" stuff. Their program is a 30 day strict paleo program with discussion of reintroduction of certain foods at the end to determine how YOUR body reacts to different food types.0 -

Not sure if your issue has been fully investigated, but multiple food intolerances can indicate leaky gut syndrome. I tested off the charts for casein & dairy, with medium results for a few other things. Since healing my gut I have found that I can eat some dairy without any symptoms (I'm primal/paleo).
